Acceptance of Terms

By requesting an estimate, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Your View Window Cleaning is a solo-operated business, and I pride myself on delivering professional, high-quality results.

Estimates and Pricing

Free Estimates: Estimates are provided based on the information, photos, or physical address (via Google Maps) provided by the client.
Accuracy: If the condition of the windows, screens, or gutters (up to 2.5 stories) is significantly different upon arrival than what was described or visible online, I reserve the right to adjust the quote before beginning work. You will always be notified of any price changes upfront.

Weather and Scheduling Policy

Weather Delays: Window and gutter cleaning are weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or severe weather, I will contact you to reschedule your appointment to the next available date for safety and quality purposes.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Property Condition and Liability

Property Care: I treat your home with the utmost respect and guarantee that surrounding property (frames, soffit, stucco, and flowers) will not be damaged during the cleaning process. I strictly use non-toxic soaps.
Pre-Existing Damage: I am not liable for pre-existing damage to your property. This includes, but is not limited to: scratched glass, broken or torn screens, loose frames, or windows with broken seals (foggy windows). Any pre-existing damage noticed before cleaning will be pointed out to you.
Post Construction: If windows require post-construction cleaning, I will go over what tools and procedures need to be used to safely remove the debris, point out any pre-existing scratches or damage and make customers sign a scratch waiver before starting the job.

I stand by my hard work. I guarantee streak-free, spotless results with no water spots or drips. I will not leave the job until you are 100% satisfied.

Post-Service Concerns: If you notice an issue after I have left, please contact me within 48 hours, and I will return to correct the specific issue at no extra charge. This guarantee does not cover new dirt, dust, or weather-related spotting that occurs after the service is completed.
